Yes, all NPage Studio lighting is made-to-order. Our lead time is the amount of time it takes us to produce a made-to-order item and prepare it for shipment. Please check the product listings for specific lead times.

NPage Studio lighting and studio shop pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have questions or concerns prior to ordering please contact us. We are happy to assist you.

Any cancellations must be made within 3 days of the purchase. 

The Brass and Single Ceramic Ceiling were made to hang an individual pendant and can be used on a sloped ceiling. If hanging multiple pendants connected to one J-box on a sloped ceiling, a custom-made canopy would be required to accommodate this configuration. Please inquire.

The Funnel Pendants come standard with 12’ of wire + 9’ of chain, but you may specify a custom OAD or chain height if needed. Please contact us directly.

Ceiling hooks and mounting hardware are not included, but can be easily sourced from your local hardware store or online retailers such as Amazon.* We suggest choosing a simple option, such as white to match the ceiling or a finish that complements the chain. Depending on your installation needs, you may also require anchors for additional support, as the pendants weigh between 5.5 and 7.5 lbs.

Not currently, but we like the Tala Globe for the pendants and sconces. You can purchase it here.

Yes, you can specify to omit the On/Off switch on the Simple Sconce by selecting that option before adding the sconce to your shopping cart.

If the lightbulb you use is dimmable, our lighting can be used with a dimmer switch at the wall. Table and floor lamps will also have a dimmer switch.
