Ceramic Wall Art ~ Being

Being ~  A simple line suggests form while leaving much of it open. The surrounding space gives the line room to hold its presence without defining it. 

Being has a matte white surface with a faint texture embedded in the clay.

To elevate and display the work, each piece is mounted on brass and held with small hammered brass claws, reminiscent of jewelry.

These second editions are an ongoing series of tile paintings, where ceramic and drawing meet in sculptural relief. Each is one of it's kind.
