The Terracotta colorway is the natural clay in its raw unglazed state. Hand markings are more visible on this form than any of the other forms. The color will vary from light to darker even on the same form. We call it a living finish and it is most appropriate for those who have the opportunity to embrace the nature of the raw material.
Terracotta is not glazed and therefore open to the elements which may change the color over time just like the classic garden clay pot.
