Abstract Figure Drawing is a gestural composition incised into a clay surface imprinted with canvas texture. The soft off-white tone gives the piece a quiet warmth, allowing the line work to feel both spontaneous and grounded.
To elevate and display the work, each piece is mounted on brass and held with small hammered brass claws, reminiscent of jewelry.
These first editions mark the beginning of an ongoing series of tile paintings, where ceramic and drawing meet in sculptural relief. Each is one of its kind.
